activities & events

The Topanga Community Center organizes a variety of events throughout the year to better serve and support the community. The TCC hosts monthly senior dinners through the efforts of the Canyon Sages, youth arts programming through Topanga Youth Services, and offers seasonal events for community members of all ages.

Our major fundraiser is the annual Topanga Days festival. Other traditional events include the annual Egg Hunt (March/April) and Family Holiday Party (Dec) designed to bring Topanga families together, seasonal Food Truck Fridays, the annual Swap Meet/Chili Cook-Off, Fiddle & Griddle Overnight Campout, and many more.

The TCC is also home to programs such as Topanga Youth Services, The Canyon Sages, Topanga Historical Society, Topanga Symphony, Cub Scouts, Youth Soccer Program, other Youth Sports and more. This is made possible through subsidized rentals to community groups and businesses to provide Topanga community members with access to local activities.

The TCC has invested in refreshing its existing Community Garden space behind the TCC house. We have 8 plots available to interested members who are willing to commit to upkeep for a minimum of one year.

The TCC Compost Hub invites all interested Topangans to participate in the community composting bin. A Composting Hub is an effective way to help the community reduce waste.
