  1. Lifetime/Family Lifetime Memberships
    1. MOTION (Kelly)-You can only earn LifeTime memberships, no longer available for purchase, Nonie second, all in favor
  2. Lisa’s Membership drive-Will discuss later-Maybe a Happy Hour/Open house event also
  3. Cleaning and care of TCC Stuff (Nonie)
    1. Need to have protocol for cleaning TCC items we allow others to use (hot chocolate insulated tubs, etc.)
  4. Bingo Timing (Nonie)
    1. Try doing after Sages dinner-Check with Dayna to see if available or if doing free Sages could run
    2. Look into doing during Leigh Kelly’s Tea Time
  5. Front gate and signage (Kelly)
    1. Would like to put in Gate with motor and remote and or Keypad. Kelly and Dayna to investigate further
    2. Kelly to talk to Melissa Flynn about doing some mural work on property
  6. Open House date-Look into March 22nd
  7. Egg Hunt-April 11th
  8. Website-using ticketing software-Kelly working with developer to figure out which vendor we should use. Potentially look into using Wild Apricot for members and Give Lively for non-members
  9. Flying Pig Supper Club-Sunday March 1st
  10. Germs-Will be adding more soap dispensers around the property
  11. Chic- Sport Court-Look into putting in the underground
  12. Garden-send notice to re-open the garden. Look to see how much interest their will be
  13. Camps-Alice can work around serena
  14. Topanga days
    1. Bands
      1. Radioactive chicken
    2. Non-Profits and Artist booths-Motion-Nonie-Charge $50 for half booth space and $100 for full booth. 1 free 3 day pass. 5 in favor, 1 abstain
