  1. Composting Bins
    1. One bin is full
    2. Need to check with LA Compost to see when they will be coming for site visits
    3. Add compost info to the website/Facebook
  2. Emergency Protocols – Evacuation vs shelter in place
    1. Need to create 1 page protocols by March-Set committee
    2. Need to check with County to see if TCC is a safe zone/Shelter in Place area
  3. TCC Volunteer(s) of the year nomination
    1. Board discussed nominees and voted on winners
    2. Discussed hosting event to honor winners-Perhaps open house
  4. Toy Drive Nov 30 at 10-3
    1. Will be a drop off
  5. Rental Pricing in 2020
    1. Suggested raising rental costs
    2. MOTION-Kelly-The cost to rent the ballfield for parties will be $200, must be a member-Failed
    3. MOTION-Nonie-The cost to rent the ballfield for parties will be $150, must be a member-Passed 6 yes, 1 abstain
    4. Will raise hourly rental rates
  6. Zero waste efforts in 2020
    1. Need to create a plan for getting closer to zero waste
    2. Will talk with groups that use the house regarding helping volunteer to help recycle
    3. Call waste management regarding recycling pickup
  7. Website and membership
    1. Working on finalizing for launch in January
  8. Sunday Supper January-
    1. Need to look over proposal-Will be providing feedback to Anapol
    2. Dayna to pass along dates that work in January, February and March
  9. Let there be light campaign (aka owl killers)
