I . CALL TO ORDER 7:04pm

READING OF TCC MISSION STATEMENT: The TCC is a community-oriented, non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to protect, maintain, upgrade and enhance the Community House and the grounds entrusted to its care. The TCC is dedicated to serving the Community of Topanga by providing access and support for philanthropic, educational, and community activities and services.
III. READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM November 13th 2018 GENERAL MEETING Karen Cooke -Started new musical -Working out performance week schedule with Dayna Karen Dannebaum -Discussing mailer at next Sages meeting -$435.70 was donated during holiday party -January dinner sponsored by Karla and Karen -March 17th potential open house of new Sages classroom -Mini-duct system went into sages classroom Pete Pidgeon– -would like to run music lessons, classes here at TCC-need to find a time to do open house/Intro session at TCC

President (Kelly Rockwell) -Reggae on the Mountain will be on hold until further notice VP Facilities (Rick Provisor) -Gravel drop off will happen 1.11.19 for garden, walkways, tanks, etc. VP Fundraising (Nonie Shore) -Bingo Sunday 1.13.19- -Feb 9th 80s night VP Membership (Lisa Brown) -501 members -Working to have realtors give TCC membership as housewarming gift to all sales Treasurer (Franka Diehnelt) -Checking $69,520.80 -Savings $106,039.82 -CHIC $47,451.44 Corresponding Secretary (Terri Moriarty) Recording Secretary (Andy Monn) VII.             UNFINISHED / ONGOING BUSINESS
